collection
Since we operate an online shop, collections are possible, but must be arranged by telephone after purchase. Collections can be made within one day from Monday - Saturday.
Delivery times
We will ship after receipt of payment if the goods are in stock. The products will be dispatched on the next working day and should arrive within 1 - 3 working days. Delivery times for items not in stock are stored in the item data and can be found in the shop.
Goods not in stock / partial deliveries
We will ship all goods in stock upon receipt of payment. If an item is not in stock, it will be delivered to you free of charge. We will inform you by email about the exact delivery date.
Returns
We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer pays the costs for return shipping. In the case of returns , after checking the goods, you will only be reimbursed for the value of the goods ordered.
If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging. We will inform you about receipt of the goods by email.
