Online dispute resolution platform

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and based on EU Directive 2013/11, we as an online provider are obliged to inform our customers about the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (OS). The OS platform can be accessed via the following internet address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We do not take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
