Returns / Cancellation

We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer pays the costs for return shipping. In the case of returns , after checking the goods, you will only be reimbursed for the value of the goods ordered.

If you would like to return an item, please fill out this form and then click "Send". You will receive feedback from us via email shortly. Of course, you can always formulate your resignation yourself. To do this, send us an email to info@naturgewand.de.

For refunds, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
